What we do
We do two things: rebuild the drive that puts power in the water, and fabricate the hardware that holds it there. A boat only runs as well as its weakest part, so we treat every job like it's going racing.
We rebuild uppers, lowers and U-joints back to spec, or stronger than spec for boats that spend their lives at wide-open throttle.
We prep drives for big horsepower and rough water. That means upgraded internals, careful assembly, and a setup matched to your hull and power.
We build in stainless and aluminum, made to fit your boat instead of pulled from a catalog. Bring us a drawing, a broken part or just an idea.
Cracked, corroded or impact-damaged parts often don't need replacing. We repair what can be saved and tell you plainly when something can't.
We've been on the dock for offshore race programs and on-water test days. When the boat has to be right on a deadline, we know how that works.
Not in Florida? Crate your drive and ship it to us. We send back findings and a quote before we start, then return it rebuilt.
Custom fabrication
Performance boats rarely come stock for long. When a part doesn't exist, or the one that does isn't strong enough, we design it, cut it, weld it and finish it in-house, then fit it to your boat.
